Editor’s note: TPG founder Brian Kelly is a Bilt advisor and investor.
Bilt Rewards, the start-up that lets renters earn points by paying rent, has added three new transfer partners to its portfolio.
British Airways Executive Club, Aer Lingus AerClub and Iberia Plus are the newest additions to Bilt’s list of transfer partners. These join the program’s already great list of transfer partners, like American Airlines AAdvantage, Turkish Miles&Smiles, United MileagePlus, World of Hyatt and more.
Bilt Points will transfer to Avios at a 1:1 ratio and transfers are expected to process instantly. Transfers will be in 1,000 Bilt Points increments.

Transfers to British Airways Executive Club are already available through the Bilt Rewards app. Bilt expects that transfers from the app to Iberia Plus and Aer Lingus AerClub will be available in September.
In the meantime, you can transfer Bilt points to British Airways and then move your points to Iberia Plus, Aer Lingus AerClub or Qatar Airways Privilege Club as the three programs also use Avios as their loyalty currency.
When you link a loyalty account in the Bilt app, you’ll earn 100 bonus points per account. So, add your British Airways account to Bilt now so you don’t lose out on free points.
With the new transfer partners, Bilt Rewards customers will be able to unlock some stellar redemptions on Oneworld carriers. For 13,000 British Airways Avios, you can fly one-way from the West Coast to Hawaii on American Airlines or Alaska Airlines. TPG’s Nick Ewen redeemed 54,000 British Airways Avios to book a round-trip flight from Miami (MIA) to St. Croix (STX) for three people on American.

Another Avios sweet spot is through Iberia Plus on off-peak business class flights from the East Coast to Western Europe, which cost just 34,000 miles one-way.

Bottom line
British Airways, Iberia and Aer Lingus mark Bilt’s 10th, 11th and 12th transfer partners. You don’t need the Bilt Mastercard to participate in the Bilt Rewards program. Still, with no annual fee and increasingly valuable transferable points with more transfer partners, the Bilt MasterCard should be on your radar.
And remember, you can always top off your Avios account with other credit card points from programs like Chase Ultimate Rewards, American Express Membership Rewards, Capital One Miles and Citi ThankYou Rewards to get you closer to your next redemption.
